Goals

November Goals

This month I made only two goals (that’s including fitness, finances, and anything else). Those two goals are

1) Work out EVERY DAY.

2) Plan my meals.

What do you know, both goals apply to my health!!

So that is my focus this month, basically exercise and eat well.

 

 

As of May 4th 2008, I weigh 164 lbs. The highest I’ve ever weighed (that I’ve measured) was 169, but I’m sure I weighed more than that at one point. That was during my first summer back home from college. I remember what it felt like, and I don’t want to end up there again.

Most importantly, I want to get fit!! My friends are often surprised at how unfit I am…I’ve never been able to run very far. I remember having difficulty running a mile as a kid; it was always so much torture!! My teachers thought I was just lazy and wouldn’t pay attention when I would almost black out after running that far. Who knows, maybe I was lazy, but now I can’t run for more than 30 seconds without completely losing my breath (no joke!)

What I’m getting at is my goals…sometime in the future (sooner rather than later!) I would like to do two things:

1) Be at a healthy BMI by being at a weight of 140 lbs.

2) Build up my running to be able to run a 5k
